Regular Runs

We meet outside the Beijing Restaurant in Horsell for three weekly sessions. Each run is social, welcoming, and designed to suit different paces.

Wednesday Night Runs

Every Wednesday evening · 19:00, 19:15, and 19:20 starts

Start groups:

  • 19:00 start: 10:00 min/mile pace (about 6:12 min/km)
  • 19:15 start: 9:00 min/mile pace (about 5:35 min/km)
  • 19:20 start: 8:00 min/mile pace or faster (about 4:58 min/km or quicker)

We offer a separate guided walk option on the same evening.

Distance: 3–6 miles (4.8–9.7 km), with regroup points

Pace: Three paced groups (see start times below)

Meeting point: Outside the Beijing Restaurant, Horsell, Surrey

What to bring: Hi-vis gear, a head torch in winter, and a sense of humour

Who it is for: All paces, from first-timers to seasoned runners

Wednesday Night Walks

Every Wednesday evening · 19:00 start (same meeting point)

Distance: 2–3 miles (3.2–4.8 km)

Pace: Relaxed walk with friendly chat

Meeting point: Outside the Beijing Restaurant, Horsell, Surrey

What to bring: Comfortable shoes and layers

Who it is for: Anyone who prefers to walk but still wants the club vibe

Saturday Breakfast Club

Every Saturday morning · 07:30 start

We usually meet outside the Beijing Restaurant, then head to Cafe Primo for coffee afterwards. A couple of times each month we also go “on tour” and run from a different start point. Details are shared via the Breakfast Club WhatsApp group.

Distance: 8–11 miles (12.9–17.7 km), with route choices

Pace: Steady to social, finishing with coffee

Meeting point: Outside the Beijing Restaurant, Horsell, Surrey (if we are not on tour!)

What to bring: Cash or card for coffee, and a good appetite

Who it is for: Runners who like an early start and a breakfast reward

Sunday Duvet Club

Every Sunday morning · 08:30 start

Distance: 5–6 miles (8.0–9.7 km)

Pace: Approx. 9–10 min/mile (about 5:35–6:12 min/km)

Meeting point: Agreed via WhatsApp

What to bring: Water and layers depending on the weather

Who it is for: Ideal for longer, gentle weekend runs
